The <br />Senior Engineering Technician has reviewed the location of the fence and is comfortable with <br />the request. <br />2.CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff has reviewed the request and recommends that the City Council approve the encroachment <br />agreement for Jonathan Aldana, for property located at 14237 Oneka Parkway North. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.
