<br /> <br />May 10, 2022 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />City of Hugo <br />14669 Fitzgerald Avenue North <br />Hugo, MN 55038 <br /> <br /> <br />Re: 2022 Oneka Parkway Improvement Project <br /> Approve Plans and Specifications and Authorize the Advertisement for Bids <br /> WSB Project No. 018888-000 <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Mayor and Council, <br /> <br />Previously the Council had authorized staff to prepare plans and specifications for the 2022 <br />Oneka Parkway Improvement Project. The 2022 Oneka Parkway Improvement Project consists <br />of the following improvements along Oneka Parkway: <br /> <br /> Bituminous mill and overlay from Frenchman Road (CSAH 8) to Farnham Avenue <br /> Partial street reconstruction from Farnham Avenue to Heritage Parkway <br /> Construction of a right-turn-lane northbound on Oneka Parkway at CSAH 8 <br /> Construction of a traffic signal at the intersection of Oneka Parkway and CSAH 8 <br /> <br />Plans and Specifications have been prepared for the 2022 Oneka Parkway Improvement Project <br />and are ready to be advertised for bidding. Staff is requesting approval of the plans and <br />specifications for the project and authorization to advertise for bids. Staff will place the <br />advertisement for bids which is required to run for a minimum of 21 days. Plans and <br />Specifications are available for your review at City Hall.
