RESOLUTION 2022-29 <br />APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13455 FONDANT TRAIL <br />NORTH <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Justin and Shannon Schneider that requests <br />approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a <br />drainage and utility easement on the property located at 13455 Fondant Trail North, <br />legally described as follows; <br />Lot 7, Block 6, Adelaide Landing 5a' Addition, Washington County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br />agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />encroachment agreement for Justin and Shannon Schneider on property located at 13455 <br />Fondant Trail North. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 16a' day of May, 2022 <br />om Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
