5 <br />  <br />  <br />20. The applicant and all on-site vendors shall comply with all applicable federal, <br />state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances related to the Tough <br />Mudder Event. <br />21. All roads will remain open to local traffic with the exception of 147th Street <br />between the parking area on the Atkinson property and Irish Avenue. <br />22. Parking and traffic procedures will take place as indicated with submittal of the <br />application. <br />23. The applicant shall comply with all recommendations from the Hugo Fire <br />Department and Washington County Sheriff’s Office regarding security and <br />safety. <br />24. Weather conditions will be monitored during the event and <br />delays/cancellations will be determined by the opinions of medical, security <br />and/or police staff. <br />25. There shall be vehicle access to all areas of the event for response to <br />emergencies. <br />26. Garbage receptacles shall be regularly emptied and the event site, streets, and <br />parking areas kept clear of debris. <br />27. All activities associated with the event including, but not limited to, all outdoor <br />stage performances, amplified sounds, food and beverage service, shall end by <br />6:00 p.m. <br />28. No alcohol is permitted to be brought on site or taken off site. <br /> <br />After the Event <br /> <br />29. All affected wetland areas will be restored. <br />30. All garbage shall be removed from the event property, streets, and parking areas <br />and properly disposed of at the close of the event. <br />31. All temporary structures placed on the event property specifically for the <br />Tough Mudder Event shall be taken down by no later than Friday, July 15, <br />2022. <br />32. All signage visible from a public street will be removed immediately after the <br />close of the event. <br /> <br />General Requirements and Prohibitions <br /> <br />33. No camping will be allowed on the event property. <br />34. No fireworks are permitted for this event. <br /> <br />
