Tough Mudder Twin Cities 2022 Event Operations Plan <br />Logistics <br />A Logistics Compound and Field Warehouse will be established on site. All equipment and product <br />required for the event will be delivered to the Logistics Compound. Receipt, distribution and recovery <br />of all equipment/product will be managed by a dedicated Logistics Coordinator. <br />Technology <br />Laptops will be set-up in the Event Command Center and Event Operations Center for use by Tough <br />Mudder staff. Internet access will be available through Tough Mudder owned technology equipment in <br />order to service our Registration Platform, Active. <br />Scanners will be used to check in participants and spectators and to assign participant numbers to the <br />runners. This information is available in real time to those in the Event Command Center so <br />information about all participants on course, including Emergency Contact Information, is readily <br />available based on bib number. Staff working at the Mudder Services Tent in the Base Area will also <br />have iPads in order to check in participants and troubleshoot any registration issues. <br />13/16
