Motion carried. <br /> <br />Miron made motion, Petryk seconded, to make no changes to property at 10249 Kerry Court <br />North. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Petryk made motion, Klein seconded, to make no changes to property at 12300 Heather Avenue <br />North. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Weidt made motion, Miron seconded, to adjust the value to $719,400 for 12746 Ethan Avenue <br />North. <br /> <br />All Ayes.
