BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />Please find the enclosed application for payment for the City of Hugo Lions Park <br />Pavilion in the amount of $86,478.99. The quantities completed to date have been <br />reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor and city staff. <br /> <br />This is the seventh payment request and the amount indicated above reflects the work <br />certified through May 25, 2022. A 5% retainage is applied and the total retainage being <br />held for the project to date $153,056.61. <br /> <br /> <br />2. RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve payment request #10 in the amount of <br />$86,478.99 to Schreiber Mullaney Construction.
