A deduction of $100,000 from the contract amount for 100 days of liquidated damages at <br />$1,000 per day for damages caused by the Contractor for not meeting the Substantial <br />Completion Date. <br /> <br />2. A deduction of $140,400 from the contract price for the unused unit price quantity of <br />delivered 12" concrete piling (3,510 feet X $40.00 per foot). <br /> <br />3. A deduction of $8,775 from the contract price for the unused unit price quantity of driven <br />12" concrete piling (3,510 feet X $2.50 per foot). <br /> <br />4. A deduction of $1,540 from the contract price to reimburse the City for 770,000 gallons of <br />wasted city water that had to be drained from the tank due to a leaking pipe flange <br />gasket. <br /> <br />5. An addition of $724.50 to the contract price for the electrician to add multimode fiber optic <br />cabling from the existing well house and for not furnishing the hydraulic panel enclosure. <br /> <br />6. A deduction of $100 from the contract price to reimburse the Owner for the cost of the <br />bacteria water quality analysis that was paid by the City. <br /> <br />We recommend accepting this final change order. If the City is in agreement, please sign the <br />attached Change Order No. 3 and return one copy to WSB.
