Final Plat and Development Agreement for <br />Goodview Estates East. <br />DATE: July 28, 2022, for the City Council Meeting of August 1, 2022 <br />1.PROPOSED MOTION: <br />Move to approve the resolution approving the final plat and development agreement for <br />Goodview Estates East. Approval of the Final Plat requires a 3/5 vote of the City Council. <br />2.DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a final plat in order to plat 29 lots and 3 outlots on the <br />parcel located west of Goodview Avenue and south of Egg Lake Road (CSAH 8) as phase one of <br />the Goodview Estates development. <br />The City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for Goodview Estates at its August 1, 2022, <br />meeting. The lots meet the minimum lot standards and requirements outlined in the regulations <br />the Single Family Detached Residential zoning district. <br />The park dedication requirement will be met by fee for a total of $98,600 ($3,400 per unit). <br />4.RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />for Goodview Estates East, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />a) Location Map <br />b) Resolution Approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />c) Engineer’s Memo dated July 28, 2022 <br />d)Draft Development Agreement <br />e)Final Plat
