<br /> <br />CITY OF HUGO <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Bryan Bear, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Scott Anderson, Public Works Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Change Order #3 <br /> Hugo Public Works Facility <br /> Ebert Construction <br /> <br />DATE: For the City Council Meeting of August 15, 2022 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />Please find the attached change order #3 from Ebert Construction for the City of Hugo <br />Public Works Facility project in the amount of $1,776.32. It is expected that this will be <br />the final change order for the project and once the project punch list is complete, Ebert <br />will be submitting an application for final payment. Until then, the City continues to hold <br />5% of the project total cost as a retainage. The total retainage currently being held is <br />$480,531.08. <br /> <br /> <br />DESIRED ACTION <br /> <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve change order #3 in the amount of <br />$1,776.32 to Ebert Construction for the construction of the City of Hugo Public Works <br />facility. <br />
