PAGE 8 <br />Your Role <br />You should consider the following roles for a successful project team: <br />• Project Executive – Provides focus and <br />guidance for the overall project. Helps to <br />prioritize key objectives, assists with issue <br />escalations, is a key decision-maker, and acts <br />as project champion. <br />• Project Manager – Works closely with the <br />CivicRec Implementation Team to facilitate <br />the execution of project trainings, tasks, and <br />logistics. Identifies Q&A topics or elective <br />trainings for front-line staff, facility managers, <br />supervisors, and/or league coordinators. Will <br />likely be a system administrator. <br />• Lead Staff – Activity and facility managers <br />who will be doing the bulk of configuration and <br />setup within your new CivicRec Catalog. Will <br />likely be a system administrator. <br />• Frontline Staff – Acts as end users of the <br />system and will participate in training sessions <br />lead by your Implementation Consultant <br />or by system administrators internally. <br />Recommended attendance at Daily Operations <br />Training. <br />• Information Technology – Coordinates with <br />CivicRec on technical aspects of the system <br />such as payment gateways, hardware, and <br />transfer of data. Recommended attendance <br />during Prep for Launch Meeting at minimum. <br />• Finance – Coordinates the payment gateway <br />in and works with CivicRec to properly <br />configure the necessary accounting <br />setup. Recommended attendance during <br />Configuration and Daily Operations Training at <br />minimum. <br />• Marketing – Identifies and communicates <br />rollout and adoption process both internally <br />and to the public. Recommended attendance <br />during Configuration Training and Prep for <br />Launch Meeting.
