City of Hugo <br />9/6/2022 <br />Page 2 <br />Project Understanding: <br /> <br />We understand the City of Hugo is seeking to improve their existing bituminous pavements in the <br />Birch Tree Ponds Area through reconstruction or rehabilitation construction techniques. We <br />understand our services were requested to aid the design team in preparing projects plans and <br />specifications. The proposed pavement rehabilitation area includes multiple residential streets in <br />the City of Hugo. We have assumed the streets receives standard daily traffic for residential <br />streets. <br /> <br />Field Exploration: <br /> <br />WSB performed the field exploration on August 25, 2022. A total of seventeen (17) locations were <br />cored and bored within the proposed pavement rehabilitation area. The approximate locations <br />investigated and presented are shown in Figure 1. <br /> <br />Figure 1: Core Location Maps <br />
