<br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF HUGO <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Bryan Bear, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Scott Anderson, Public Works Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Final Pay Request <br /> Hugo Public Works Facility <br /> Ebert Construction <br /> <br />DATE: For the City Council Meeting of October 17, 2022 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />Please find the enclosed application for final payment for the City of Hugo Public Works <br />Facility project in the amount of $482,307.40. This is a final payment request. The <br />project is complete, the closeout documents have been gathered and this request has <br />been reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor and city staff. <br /> <br />There are a few outstanding items that are considered warranty repairs that the <br />contractor is working through with Public Works staff. <br /> <br /> <br />DESIRED ACTION <br /> <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve the final payment in the amount of <br />$482,307.40 to Ebert Construction for the construction of the City of Hugo Public Works <br />facility. <br />
