Feasibility and Recommendation <br />The 2023 Birch Tree Ponds Area Street Improvements consists of pavement resurfacing, partial <br />reconstruction, mill and overlay, and drainage improvements. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of the street improvement project is $2,113,700 <br /> <br />Based on the information contained within this report, the proposed improvements as described can be <br />considered necessary, cost-effective, and feasible from an engineering perspective. WSB recommends <br />construction of the proposed improvements as detailed in this report. The economic feasibility of this <br />project will be determined by the City Council. <br /> <br />
