Stormwater <br />management is being provided for the proposed project in accordance to the City of Hugo requirements <br />and will therefore reduce the volume and rate of stormwater leaving the site while providing treatment <br />to the stormwater leaving the site. <br />The sewage treatment and water system of the subject property is in compliance with city and state <br />codes. <br />The parcel doesn’t have any septic and/or wells.
