ORDINANCE 2022 - 516 <br /> CITY OF HUGO <br /> AN ORDINANCE WITHIN THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 90 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO <br /> CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED 5616 1471h STREET NORTH <br /> THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br /> Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 90 of the City Code of the City <br /> of Hugo,Minnesota,is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Hugo <br /> Zoning Map to Central Business (C-1) with respect to the property legally described as <br /> follows: <br /> Granger's Addition Lot 5 Subdivision CD 35278,Washington County, Minnesota. <br /> Section 2. Effective Date.
