A stormwater reuse agreement shall be reviewed an <br /> approved by staff and recorded at Washington County. <br /> 9. The developer has indicated that an HOA will be established for the development to <br /> own/operate/maintain landscaping within the outlots, landscaping along Oneka <br /> Parkway, and the water re-use system. The HOA documents shall be reviewed and <br /> approved by staff prior to the recording of the final plat. <br /> 10. The developer must comply with the following, prior to Final Plat and Final PUD <br /> Plan application: <br /> Landscaping and Lighting <br /> a. The final landscape plans must be submitted for review and approval by staff. <br /> b. The developer shall enter into an encroachment agreement for access and <br /> maintenance of the landscaping in the right-of-way and outlots. <br /> Streets/Access <br /> a. Oneka Parkway shall be constructed to the north property line and all the way to <br /> the lift station. <br />
