Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement for The Shores of Oneka Lake <br /> <br />DATE: December 15, 2022, for the City Council Meeting of December 19, 2022 <br /> <br />1. PROPOSED MOTION: <br /> <br />Move to approve the resolution approving the Final Plat and development agreement for The <br />Shores of Oneka Lake. Approval of the Final Plat requires a 3/5 vote of the City Council. <br /> <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a final plat in order to plat 50 lots and 11 outlots on the <br />parcels located north of Goodview Avenue and east of Highway 61. <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed and approved the preliminary plat and PUD for The Shores of Oneka <br />Lake at its June 6, 2022, meeting. The final plat will plat 50 lots from The Shores of Oneka Lake <br />preliminary plat. The lots meet the minimum lot standards and requirements outlined in the <br />regulations for The Shores of Oneka Lake PUD. <br /> <br />The park dedication requirement will be met by fee for a total of $101,150 ($2,023 per unit). <br />Park Dedication shall be satisfied by dedication of 3.89 acres of upland on Outlot G and a <br />combination of fee. <br /> <br />4.
