MODIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Any material alteration, modifications or variations of any terms of the Contract shall be valid <br />and enforceable only when they have been reduced to writing as an amendments and signed by <br />the parties. <br /> <br />IX. ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Itis understood and agreed by the partied that the entire agreement of the parties is contained <br />herein and that the Contract superseded all oral agreements and negotiations between the parties <br />relating to the subject matter hereof as well as any previous agreements presently in effect <br />between Otter Lake and Municipality .
