<br /> SECTION 10-1 DEFINITIONS,AND ARTICLE II,SECTION 10-38
<br /> found in Minnesota Statutes §331A.02. SANITATION AND SECTION 10-39 PENALTY FOR THE PROPER
<br /> REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF ANIMAL WASTE
<br /> THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
