<br />collected from sales that occurred between October 1, 2021 and September 30, 2022.

<br />The remaining statistics are measured after the percent of change factor (local effort) is
<br />applied to the going-in ratio (previous year assessed value/sale price) in each community
<br />for the 2023 assessment. If there are 30 sales or less in a community, the median is the only
<br />statistic deemed reliable.
