Approve Resolution Approving Variance for Accessory Building at 12776 Goodview <br />Ave. N. - Wolfe <br />6. Approve Pay Request No. 2 to for the 2022 Oneka Parkway Improvement Project <br />7. Approve Pay Request No. 7 for the 2021 Downtown Improvement/Lions Park Project <br />8. Approve Release of the Letter of Credit for DR Horton for Clearwater Cove 4th <br />Addition <br />9. Approve Rezoning Ordinance and Resolutions Approving Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment, Site Plan, Conditional Use Permits, Variance, and Minor Subdivision for <br />Hugo Estates <br />10. Approve Purchase Agreement for 15230 Greene Ave. N. (Bruce Bernin Trust) <br />11. Approve Quote from Arnt Construction for Demolition of Buildings at 6540 Greene <br />Ave. N. (Bernin Property) <br />12. Approve Purchase of New Brush Truck for the Hugo Fire Department <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Approve Claims Roster <br /> <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br /> <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Kraig Pettee <br /> <br />Kraig Pettee was hired as a Public Works Worker starting November 12, 2018. Kraig had worked <br />the three previous summers as a seasonal worker. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the <br />annual performance review of Public Works Worker Kraig Pettee. <br /> <br />Approve Snowmobile Trail Applications for Hugo Snowmobile Club and Rice Creek Trail <br />Association <br /> <br />The Hugo Snowmobile Club and the Rice Creek Trail Association had submitted their respective <br />Snowmobile Trail Applications for the 2022-2023 snow season. Adoption of the Consent Agenda <br />approved the Snowmobile Trail Applications for the Hugo Snowmobile Club and the Rice Creek <br />Trail Association. <br /> <br />Approve Renewal of Auto Dismantling License for Hugo Auto and Truck Parts <br /> <br />The City of Hugo received an application for the bi-annual Auto Dismantling License for Mike <br />Brandt, dba Auto and Truck Parts.
