<br />H.1 Public Hearing on the Vacation of Road Easement – Rice Lake Reserve 3rd Addition <br />  <br />M/I Homes, is requesting a vacation of the existing public road easement located over on a <br />portion of the property proposed to be developed as Rice Lake Reserve 3rd Addition. New road <br />right-of-way will be dedicated on the property in lieu of the easements at time the final plat is <br />recorded. Staff is comfortable with the applicant’s request to vacate the public road easements. <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the notice to vacate the public road easement <br />located over a portion of the property proposed for the Rice Lake Reserve 3rd Addition <br />development. <br /> <br />I.1 Approve Resolution Approving Rice Lake Reserve 3rd Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement <br /> <br />M/I Homes, is requesting approval of a final plat to be known as “Rice Lake Reserve 3rd <br />Addition” in order to plat 20 lots on property located north of Egg Lake Road (CSAH 8) and east <br />of Goodview Avenue, which will develop the last phase of the Rice Lake Reserve preliminary <br />plat and PUD. The lots meet the minimum lot standards and requirements outlined in the <br />regulations for the Rice Lake Reserve PUD. Staff recommends approval of the resolution <br />approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Rice Lake Reserve 3rd Addition, <br />subject to review and approval by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />M.1 Schedule Performance Review for City Administrator <br /> <br />Bryan Bear has been employed with the City since May 3, 2004. Bryan served as the <br />Community Development Director until being appointed the City Administrator on November, <br />7, 2011. Staff requests Council schedule the annual performance review for City Administrator <br />Bryan Bear. Staff recommends scheduling the performance review for Monday, June 5, 2023, at <br />6 p.m. prior to the regular Council meeting at 7 p.m. <br /> <br />M.2 Schedule Bernin Park Community Meeting on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 5-7 p.m. <br /> <br />At the meeting of April 19, 2023, the Parks Commission set a date for a community meeting to <br />review the approved master plan for the Bernin property. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, <br />June 27 in the Oneka Room at City Hall. Residents will be invited to attend an informational <br />presentation at 5:30 pm followed by an open house until 7:00 pm. A proposal was approved by <br />Council at the March 20, 2023 meeting, from WSB and Associates, to render the 2004 master <br />plan for the property. The Oneka Lake Park amenities and other minor changes were included, <br />and the master plan is ready for review by the public. Staff recommends Council schedule a <br />meeting if they choose to attend. <br /> <br />N. Adjournment <br />
