<br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> <br />The Distribution System is city owned and operated infrastructure that collects, stores, <br />pumps, and distributes non-potable water in order to provide water for irrigation purposes <br />to public and private properties. <br /> <br />The specific components of the Distribution System consist of: <br />1. 6060 linear feet of an HDPE watermain network and all the associated <br />appurtenances to distribute irrigation water to public and private properties <br />intending to utilize the non-potable water for irrigation purposes. <br />2. A pump station that pressurizes the watermain network and moves water to private <br />and city owned irrigation systems. The pump station consists of a two 340 gallon <br />per minute (gpm) submersible pumps, filters, controls, wet well and intake flume. <br />3. A stormwater pond that collects and stores rainwater to be delivered to the public <br />and private irrigation systems using the non-potable water for irrigation. <br /> <br />The Distribution System ends at the irrigation system connection points. All the irrigation <br />controls, lateral lines, controllers, valves, irrigation heads, and other associated <br />appurtenances are not part of the Distribution System. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
