RESOLUTION 2023-XX <br /> <br />APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A SPORT COURT AND CONCRETE WITHIN A <br />DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />16212 EMPRESS AVENUE NORTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Benjamin and Kindra Lesnau that requests <br />approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a sport court within a <br />drainage and utility easement on the property located at 16212 Empress Avenue North, <br />legally described as follows; <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 5, Oneka Place 4th Addition, Washington County, Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br />agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment <br />agreement on property located at 16212 Empress Avenue North. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 12th day of June, 2023. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________________ <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk
