RESOLUTION 2023-XX <br /> APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR TODD DANIELSON <br />FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 12345 AND 12237 HILO COURT <br />NORTH <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Kile and Jennifer Nadeau that requests <br />approval of a property line adjustment for properties located at 12345 and 12237 Hilo Court <br />North <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(See Attached) <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line <br />adjustment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the property line <br />adjustment for Kile and Jennifer Nadeau. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 10th day of July 2023. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________________ <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
