<br />Adelaide Landing 7th Addition 20 <br />pavement maintenance method of the streets in the Plat. This sum is calculated to be $4.00 per foot <br />for the ___________feet of streets within the Plat. <br /> <br /> g) Park Dedication. The Developer agrees to pay a park dedication fee <br />of $1,128 per lot for residential development payable before the final plat is signed by the City. <br />Said fee shall be due for each of the 46 lots within the Plat (i.e. total due $6,768). <br /> <br /> h) Cul-de-sac Escrow. N/A <br /> <br /> i) Escrow for Street Signage. Developer shall deposit $______ into an <br />escrow account with the City. This amount represents an estimated cost of $500/sign for <br />______signs to be installed within the development. <br /> <br /> j) WCA Escrow. N/A <br /> <br />k) Sanitary Sewer Trunk Fee. The <br />reduction is calculated at 40%, resulting in a trunk water fee amount of $1,176 per lot. The total is <br />based on the reduced per unit fee applied to the 6lots in the plat. This fee shall be paid with each <br />building permit. <br /> <br /> m) Watermain Oversizing Credit. The Developer shall be provided a credit <br />for watermain oversizing in the amount of ____________. To be credited when the public <br />improvements are accepted by the City. <br />
