RESOLUTION NO. 2023- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING A CONTRACT <br />FOR THE LIFT STATION NO. 12 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Hugo previously directed the City Engineer to advertise for <br />bids for the above-referenced project, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, bids were publicly received and opened on Thursday, July 20, 2023. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT BE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hugo, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. All bids for the construction of the Lift Station No. 12 have been received and are <br />tabulated on the attached summary. <br /> <br />2. The bid of C.W. Houle, Inc., in the amount of $614,930.00 for the construction of <br />said improvements, is in accordance with the plans and specifications and <br />advertisement for bids and is the lowest responsible bid. <br /> <br />3. The Mayor and Administrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into a contract with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and <br />on behalf of the City of Hugo. <br /> <br />4.
