RESOLUTION 2023-XX <br /> APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13129 GENEVA AVENUE <br />NORTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Austin Hallberg and Lauren Hallberg that <br />requests approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a <br />drainage and utility easement on the property located at 13129 Geneva Avenue North, <br />legally described as follows; <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 5, Adelaide Landing 6th Addition, Washington County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br />agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment <br />agreement on property located at 13129 Geneva Avenue North. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 5th day of September, 2023. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________________ <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk
