Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement for The Shores of Oneka Lake 2nd Addition <br /> <br />DATE: August 31, 2023 for the City Council Meeting of September 5, 2023 <br /> <br />1. PROPOSED MOTION: <br /> <br />Move to approve the resolution approving the Final Plat and development agreement for The <br />Shores of Oneka Lake. Approval of the Final Plat requires a 3/5 vote of the City Council. <br /> <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a final plat in order to plat 14 lots and 1 outlot on the <br />parcels located north of Goodview Avenue and east of Highway 61. <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed and approved the preliminary plat and PUD for The Shores of Oneka <br />Lake at its June 6, 2022, meeting. On December 19, 2022 the City Council approved the final for <br />The Shores of Oneka Lake platting 50 lots. This request will plat 14 lots for the second phase of <br />the development. The lots meet the minimum lot standards and requirements outlined in the <br />regulations for The Shores of Oneka Lake PUD. <br /> <br />The park dedication requirement will be met by fee for a total of $28,322 ($2,023 per unit). A <br />portion of the Park Dedication was previously satisfied by dedication of 3.89 acres of upland on <br />Outlot G. <br /> <br />4. RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />for The Shores of Oneka Lake 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />a) Location Map <br />b) Resolution Approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement
