The Developer agrees to pay a park dedication fee of <br />$2,023 per lot for residential development payable before the final plat is signed by the City. Said <br />fee shall be due for each of the 14 lots within the Plat (i.e. total due $28,322). <br /> <br /> i) Cul-de-sac Escrow. N/A <br /> <br />j) Escrow for Street Signage. The Developer shall deposit $1,000.00 for 2 street <br />signs <br /> <br />k) WCA Escrow. N/A <br /> <br />l) Sanitary Sewer Trunk Fee. The Developer shall pay the City a sanitary sewer <br />trunk fee in the amount of $22.848.00. This sum is calculated to be $1,632 per lot for the 14 <br />residential lots within this phase. <br /> <br />m) Water Trunk Fee. The Developer shall pay the City water trunk fee in the <br />amount of $20,855.00. This sum is calculated to be $1,960 per lot, with credit provided for the <br />stormwater reuse/irrigation system based on the anticipated reduction in water demand. The <br />reduction is calculated at 24%, resulting in a trunk water fee amount of $1,489.60 per lot. The total <br />is based on the reduced per unit fee applied to the 14 lots in the plat. <br /> <br />n) Watermain Oversizing Credit. The Developer shall be provided a credit for <br />watermain oversizing in the amount of $28,460.00. <br />
