Feasibility and Recommendation <br />The proposed improvements for the 2024 125th Street and Dellwood Ridge Neighborhood Street <br />Improvement Project consist of roadway reclamation and overlay, complete roadway reconstruction, and <br />storm sewer improvements <br /> <br />The estimated cost of the street improvement project is $3,931,500. <br /> <br />Based on the information contained within this report, the proposed improvements as described can be <br />considered necessary, cost-effective, and feasible from an engineering perspective. WSB recommends <br />construction of the proposed improvements as detailed in this report. The economic feasibility of this <br />project will be determined by the City Council. <br /> <br />
