The project will extend the current frontage road system
parallel to I‐35E, serving longer trips and providing access across CSAH 14/Main St. Once completed, the
project will enhance regional connectivity for residential areas of Hugo northeast of the project area.

This project not only addresses transportation challenges but also aligns with our shared long‐term
vision for the Minnesota Technology Corridor and various regional economic development initiatives. It
will serve future commercial and industrial developments in this area and is poised to bring benefits not
only to the residents of Lino Lakes but also to those residing in Hugo, spanning across Anoka and
Washington counties.

I am committed to supporting initiatives that foster economic growth and community development in
our region. This project marks a significant leap forward in advancing our long‐term economic
development goals. I am confident that the extension of Otter Lake Road will be a catalyst for economic
growth while effectively meeting future transportation needs.

We look forward to the successful execution of this project and subsequent economic development.
Should you require further information or support regarding this initiative, please reach out to me.

Sincerely,

Bryan J.
