<br />G.19 Approve Lawful Gambling Permit for Raffle at St. Genevieve Fish Fry on March 22, <br />2024 <br /> <br />The Church of St. Genevieve’s has applied for a Lawful Gambling Permit to hold a 50/50 raffle <br />during their Fish Fry on March 31, 2023. Earnings will be split with 50% of the raffle proceeds <br />split among individual winners and 50% between the Hugo and Centennial Food Shelves. <br />Staff recommends Council approve the Lawful Gambling Permit for the Church of St. <br />Genevieve’s Fish Fry for a raffle on March 22, 2024. <br /> <br />G. 20 Approve Variance and Minor Subdivision for Larry and Luanne Hanson – 14565 <br />Irish Avenue North <br /> <br />Larry and Louann Hanson are requesting approval of a minor subdivision to create two lots out <br />of a 20-acre parcel into two parcels, each 10 acres in size. The applicants are also requesting a <br />variance from the minimum lot width requirement to have the created lot to the south be 226 feet <br />wide, where a lot width of 300 feet is required by ordinance. At its December 14, 2023, meeting <br />the Planning Commission held a public hearing and considered the requests. There was no one <br />who spoke at the public hearing besides the applicant’s representative simply to explain the <br />requests. The Planning Commission agreed the requests met the requirements necessary to <br />approve the minor subdivision and variance and unanimously recommends Council approve the <br />resolutions approving the variance and minor subdivision. <br /> <br />I.1 Discussion on 2024 Road Project (125th Street and Dellwood Ridge) <br /> <br />At the December 18, 2023, meeting, Council discussed the 2024 road project which includes a <br />portion of 125th Street and the streets in Dellwood Ridge. Specifically discussed was the proposed <br />road width and curb type in Dellwood Ridge. Staff will provide an update and recommendation to <br />Council. <br /> <br />M.1 Council Goal Setting Session on Monday, January 22, 2024 (Time change) <br /> <br />Council had scheduled their Annual Goal Setting Session for Monday, January 22, 2024, at 5 p.m. in <br />the Council Chambers. Due to time conflicts, staff is recommending the time be changed to 6 p.m. <br /> <br />N. Adjournment <br />
