MINUTES <br /> <br />City Council Meeting – Met Council Governance <br />Lake Elmo City Center <br />Thursday, December 14, 2023 <br />Noon <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL PRESENT: Klein, Petryk, Strub <br />COUNCIL ABSENT: Miron, Weidt <br /> <br />The Hugo City Council attended the Public Engagement Session held to provide feedback to the <br />Metropolitan Governance Task Force (MGTF) on the impact of Metropolitan Council decisions <br />and actions. This task force had been tasked with looking at options for reform of the <br />governance and responsibilities of the Met Council.
