The applicant shall file the final plat, development agreement and associated <br />documents with Washington County. Proof of recording shall be provided to the <br />City. <br /> <br />20. The applicant shall submit one full set of approved final plans to the City. <br /> <br />21. The applicant shall provide copies of the property owners association <br />documents/covenants for City review and approval. A copy of the document shall <br />be filed for recording with the final plat. <br />22. If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall <br />be submitted for City review and approval. <br /> <br />The following conditions shall be met prior to the issuance of any certificate of <br />occupancy: <br /> <br />23.
