Resolution 2024-07 <br /> The Shore of Oneka Lake 3`d Addition Final Plat and Development Agreement <br /> e) The developer shall obtain approval from Xcel Energy on the crossing and <br /> encroachment of the powerline easement for improvements within the easement such <br /> as grading and trail. <br /> f) The applicant shall provide copies of the property owners association <br /> documents/covenants for City review and approval. A copy of the document shall be <br /> filed for recording with the final plat. <br /> g) A stonnwater reuse agreement shall be reviewed and approved by staff and recoded <br /> at Washington County. <br /> h) The developer shall enter into a development agreement, shall agree to complete all <br /> improvements, and pay all fees as required by the agreement. <br /> 17. Prior to the issuance of building permits: <br /> i) The applicant shall file the final plat, development agreement and associated <br /> documents with Washington County. Proof of recording shall be provided to the City. <br /> j) If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall be <br /> submitted for City review and approval. <br /> 18.
