Motion carried. <br />Approval of Minutes for the October 2, 2023, Council Meeting <br />Petryk made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the minutes for the Council meeting held on <br />October 2, 2023, as presented. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approval of Minutes for the October 2, 2023, Council Executive Session <br />Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council Executive <br />Session to discuss the White Bear Lake Lawsuit on October 2, 2023, as presented. <br />All Ayes.
