Minutes for the Planning Commission Meeting of Thursday, April 14, 2022 <br /> <br />Chair Kleissler called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Derr, Fry, Kleissler, Mulvihill, Petty <br />ABSENT: Lessard <br /> <br />STAFF: Rachel Juba, Community Development Director <br />Emily Weber, Community Development Assistant <br /> <br />Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes for the Planning Commission Meeting of March 10, 2022 <br /> <br />Commissioner Petty made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Derr to approve minutes for the <br />meeting of March 10, 2022. <br /> <br />Ayes: Derr, Kleissler, Petty <br />Abstained: Fry, Mulvihill <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Public Hearing: Vincent Lutz – Request for a minor subdivision for the property located at 15595 <br />Homestead Avenue North <br /> <br />Staff provided a background on the minor subdivision request. The applicant is proposing to split an <br />existing 20-acre parcel into two 10-acre parcels. The existing property is zoned Agricultural and the <br />proposed minor subdivision meets all zoning district requirements. The existing home will remain on <br />the proposed 10-acre parcel to the south. Staff recommended approval of the minor subdivision <br />subject to the conditions listed in the resolution. <br /> <br />The applicant addressed the Planning Commission. Commissioner Petty asked the applicant if they <br />currently live on site. Lutz stated that he does not live on site. <br /> <br />Chair Kleissler opened the public hearing at 7:06pm. No one spoke. <br /> <br />Chair Kleissler closed the public hearing at 7:06pm. <br /> <br />Commissioner Petty made a motion to approve the minor subdivision for property located at 15595 <br />Homestead Avenue North. Seconded by Commissioner Mulvihill. <br /> <br />All ayes. Motion approved. <br /> <br />
