ORDINANCE 2022- <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 90 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO <br /> CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED EAST OF HIGHWAY 61 AND NORTH <br /> OF GGOODVIEW AVENUE NORTH <br /> THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br /> Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 90 of the City Code of the <br /> City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of <br /> Hugo Zoning Map to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with respect to the <br /> approximately 132-acre property legally described as follows: <br /> See Attached <br /> Section 2. Effective Date.
