RESOLUTION 2022-XX APPROVING A SITE PLAN REQUEST FROM LIBERTY CLASSICAL ACADEMY SCHOOL TO ALLOW AN ADDITION ON THE EXISTING SCHOOL LOCATED AT 10158 122ND STREET NORTH WHEREAS, Liberty Classical Academy has requested site plan approval for an approximately 2,000 square foot addition and additional parking to be constructed on to the existing elementary school on property located at 10158 122"d Street North that is legally described as follows: See attached. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan on May 12, 2022, and recommends approval subject to the conditions listed in this resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site plan for White Bear Lake Area Schools with the following findings: 1. A site plan is approved to allow construction of an approximately 10,000 square foot square foot addition with the plans dated March 18, 2022, and April 14, 2022. 2. The applicant shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. Prior to Building Permit Approval: 3. All items on the Engineer's memo and "red-line" detailed engineering comments that have been sent directly to the applicant's engineer dated May 4, 2022, shall be addressed. 4. Brick shall be added to the building addition to be cohesive with the existing building. 5. The applicant shall submit the final building material sample board to be reviewed and approved by staff. Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: 6. A final lighting plan shall be reviewed and approved by staff. 7. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the stormwater management facilities and applicable utilities. 8. A maintenance agreement for the stormwater management facilities shall be recorded against the property.
