Sec. 90-137. Shoreland district. The shoreland district of the city shall be all that land within 1,000 feet of the ordinary high-water levels of the lakes, ponds,and flowages,and within 300 feet of the ordinary high-water level of the rivers and streams listed in the shoreland classification data table of this section.All land lying within the shoreland district of the city shall be subject to the regulations established herein.
