July 14, 2022 PC Minutes <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Jay Manke, 13514 Goodview Avenue N, showed where his property was and said that he had 500’ that <br />was affected and that he was concerned about how close the homes will be. He stated that he is also <br />concerned about elevations and where the water will go. He also asked for a buffer of trees and <br />reminded that Goodview Avenue is brand new. <br /> <br />Jaclyn Zakrzewski, 6105 135th Street, said that she lives on one of the stub streets and is concerned <br />about the traffic coming through. She said that the traffic flow is very fast compared to 30 years ago <br />and was told that there wouldn’t be homes behind her due to the wetlands. She said that she always <br />has a sump pump going and has drainage issues in her back yard. She said she is concerned with <br />water, the basements, and the elevation of the new road connection. <br /> <br />Jordan Fry, 6035 135th Street North, stated that he is concerned about traffic and the condition of 135th <br />Street. He asked about the culvert and the amount of water in it and his yard. <br /> <br />Jodie Heeman, 13327 Goodview Avenue North, asked if the trees along Goodview will remain. She <br />stated that she was concerned about future responsibility for Goodview Avenue construction and <br />traffic noise and safety. <br /> <br />Barb Connolly, 13475 Goodview Avenue North, shared that she is concerned about Goodview Avenue <br />speeding and wanted to know about future development of Goodview Avenue. <br /> <br />Ray Bahm, 6310 132nd Street, expressed that he is concerned about traffic on Goodview Avenue and <br />132nd Street. He reported issues with speeding. <br /> <br />Becky Hagle, 13292 Goodview Avenue North said that she has talked with the City and Sheriff’s <br />Department about speeding on Goodview Avenue and would like to see the results of the traffic counts <br />were. <br /> <br />Craig Paulson, 13427 Goodview Avenue North stated that he didn’t know how the new access will <br />handle traffic. He reported speeding instances that he has witnessed. <br /> <br />Lauren Stacken, 5915 135th Street, reported enjoying the nature behind her property and concerns <br />about the traffic, <br /> <br />Ann, 5965 135th Street North, reported wildlife sightings on the property and expressed concerns <br />about fast traffic and asked about construction damage on Goodview Avenue. <br /> <br />Michael Menne, 13403 Fondant Avenue, asked the developer to comment on the trees that would be <br />clear cut and a buffer. He recommended to Commission that comments on traffic be addressed with a <br />traffic survey. <br /> <br />
