She thanked the Planning Commission for taking the time to listen to the <br /> concerns. <br /> Ganz clarified where and when construction traffic will happen and that the majority of it will be off of <br /> Goodview Avenue. <br /> Paul John Heeman, 13327 Goodview Avenue, asked about the timeline. Todd Ganz said that <br /> depending on approvals they plan to be 75% done by November. <br /> Commissioner Arcand asked when the buildout will be done. Ganz said that the builders anticipate all <br /> of the homes to be done in 3-4 years. <br /> Jay Manke asked for clarification on construction traffic on the old driveway near his home. Todd Ganz <br /> said that the existing driveway will be used for two weeks and then the new street. <br /> Ray Bahm told the developer to keep trucks off of 132nd Street. <br /> Jodie Heeman asked how many homes are going in on Goodview Avenue. Juba stated that it is 28 <br /> homes on the east side. <br /> Chair Kleissler closed the public hearing at 8:23pm. <br /> Commissioner Lessard confirmed that they heard concerns around traffic and construction restrictions <br /> and that those should be passed on to the Sherriff's Department. <br /> Commissioner Derr expressed that he understands that it is a challenging lot but that the builder has <br /> done good job working with the land available. <br /> Commissioner Derr made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Petty to approve the preliminary plat <br /> subject to the terms and conditions listed for Goodview Estates. <br /> All ayes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Old Business <br /> Juba gave an update on the Future Central Business zoning district neighborhood meeting on June 91n <br /> 2022. Discussion topics included how do they feel about the zoning, what they would like to see <br /> happen, and what is desire of the neighborhood. The neighborhood was unaware of the zoning of <br /> their property and was clear that they do not want commercial uses in the area. The Premiere Bank <br /> sketch plan applicant did talk at the neighborhood meeting and there were mixed feelings about their <br />
