The proposed bank would replace our existing Hugo location at 14815 Forest Blvd N. The Premier Hugo location has consistently grown year over year, just as the community continues to develop. We now feel it is an appropriate time to make this significant investment in the City of Hugo. We sincerely intend to be here for the long term. We applaud the City of Hugo’s vision for the “Downtown Development Plan” and would intend to help initiate this plan by developing this city gateway site and incorporate key elements as identified in the Design Guideline Standards. <br />THE SITE: The site at 5616 147th Street N is currently a residential use-zoned “Future Central Business” (“FCB”). <br />• The FCB zoning is intended to guide future development / redevelopment to commercial uses consistent with the downtown district vision. <br />• The Hwy 61 exposure makes this site a highly visible and definitive impression on travel throughout the City of Hugo. <br />• Each of the other 3 corners at the intersection of Hwy 61 and 147th Street N are currently developed as commercial uses. <br />• Landscaping is utilized throughout to enhance the site as well as screen the bank activities / operations from adjacent properties. <br />THE BUILDING: <br />• The quality of materials and intended architecture follow City of Hugo’s Downtown Development Guidelines. <br />• The exterior materials are to be a combination of brick, stone, stucco, metal panel, and asphalt shingle roofing in a prairie style architecture to follow the intentions of the Downtown Development Guidelines. <br />THE OPERATIONS: <br />• Anticipated hours of operation are to be: <br />o Lobby 8:00 am to 5:00 pm <br />o Drive through Teller 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
