Stormwater <br /> management is being provided for the proposed project in accordance to the City of Hugo requirements <br /> and will therefore reduce the volume and rate of stormwater leaving the site while providing treatment <br /> to the stormwater leaving the site. <br /> The sewage treatment and water system of the subject property is in compliance with city and state <br /> codes. <br /> The parcel doesn't have any septic and/or wells.The existing buildings onsite and the proposed <br /> improvements will be served by City Sewer and Water. <br />
