<br />Minutes for the Planning Commission Meeting of Thursday, November 10, 2022 <br /> <br />Chair Kleissler called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Andress, Arcand, Derr, Kleissler, Lessard, Petty <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />STAFF: Rachel Juba, Community Development Director <br />Max Gort, Associate Planner <br /> <br />Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes for the Planning Commission Meeting of October 27, 2022 <br /> <br />Commissioner Arcand made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Petty to approve minutes for the <br />meeting of October 27, 2022. <br /> <br />Ayes: Andress, Arcand, Derr, Kleissler, Petty <br />Abstain: Lessard <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Public Hearing: Oneka Prairie – Preliminary Plat and PUD <br /> <br />Community Development Director Juba stated that the applicant has requested to table the <br />application, rescheduling the Public Hearing to the Planning Commission meeting of December 8 th, <br />2022. <br /> <br />Commissioner Petty made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Lessard, to table the Preliminary Plat <br />and PUD applications for Oneka Prairie. <br /> <br />All ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Public Hearing: Xcel Energy – Site Plan, CUP Amendment, Variance, and Easement Vacation <br /> <br />Staff provided background on the proposal from Xcel Energy to expand their existing training center <br />located on a 28-acre parcel at 13620 Fenway Blvd. N. Currently, Xcel Energy owns and operates a <br />training facility within the Bald Eagle Industrial park, occupying the southern half of the property. Both <br />the existing training facility and proposed expansion have indoor and outdoor components.
