Minutes for the Planning Commission Meeting of Thursday, November 10, 2022 <br /> Chair Kleissler called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br /> PRESENT: Andress, Arcand, Derr, Kleissler, Lessard, Petty <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> STAFF: Rachel Juba, Community Development Director <br /> Max Gort, Associate Planner <br /> Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> Approval of Minutes for the Planning Commission Meeting of October 27, 2022 <br /> Commissioner Arcand made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Petty to approve minutes for the <br /> meeting of October 27, 2022. <br /> Ayes: Andress, Arcand, Derr, Kleissler, Petty <br /> Abstain: Lessard <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Public Hearing: Oneka Prairie— Preliminary Plat and PUD <br /> Community Development Director Juba stated that the applicant has requested to table the <br /> application, rescheduling the Public Hearing to the Planning Commission meeting of December 8tn, <br /> 2022. <br /> Commissioner Petty made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Lessard, to table the Preliminary Plat <br /> and PUD applications for Oneka Prairie. <br /> All ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Public Hearing: Xcel Energy—Site Plan, CUP Amendment,Variance, and Easement Vacation <br /> Staff provided background on the proposal from Xcel Energy to expand their existing training center <br /> located on a 28-acre parcel at 13620 Fenway Blvd. N. Currently, Xcel Energy owns and operates a <br /> training facility within the Bald Eagle Industrial park, occupying the southern half of the property. Both <br /> the existing training facility and proposed expansion have indoor and outdoor components.
