As we discussed during our meeting, this letter constitutes an amendment to <br />Bradley Investments’ CUP application. <br /> <br />I. Bradley Investments Hereby Amends its CUP Application to Request an <br />Amendment to the Current CUP at the Property. <br /> <br />The current conditional use permit at the Property was approved on January 7, 2007 and <br />allows for the following uses at the Property, subject to the conditions stated in the permit: <br /> <br />Exterior and Interior storage of materials and equipment and <br />processing of cured-in place pipe all in accordance with the site plan <br />dated July 2, 2002. <br /> <br />The current conditional use permit that allows for this use was recorded at the Office of <br />the Washington County Recorder on March 1, 2007 as document number 3632752. <br />
