TH 61 Visioning and Jurisdictional Transfer Study | Washington County <br /> WORK PLAN AND SCHEDULE Angie Bersaw will serve as the quality manager responsible for effectively developing and executing our quality management plan (QMP). The QMP will be geared to produce deliverables in a well-defined and systematic fashion, meeting the highest level of quality expected by Washington County. While the quality manager is responsible for overall quality management, discipline and task leaders are responsible for specific deliverables falling within their area of expertise. These task leads are identified in the key deliverables table below.
