I am writing this email on behalf of myself, <br />my partner Lydia Pleau and the owners/community of the townhomes <br />of Waters Edge that overlook the Everton Avenue property where the <br />proposed solar farm is being considered. <br /> <br />I have written a four page letter, attached in a PDF below, that <br />includes MLS listing descriptions from the Townhomes of Waters <br />Edge since its conception back in 2005. <br /> <br />I have also included Drone photos and a video of the local community <br />of Everton Ave and Waters Edge.
